We want you to feel confident trying Seedly. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
To request a return, email support@tryseedly.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Seedly reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@tryseedly.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos and videos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Failure to report damage within 7 days may result in denial of the claim.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Used products
• Perishable goods (including plants or live materials)
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please:

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed
• Processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact support@tryseedly.com.
Order Cancellations
Due to fast order processing, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@tryseedly.com
We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team may delay resolution and can be considered fraudulent if the product was delivered as described.
We maintain shipment confirmation and delivery documentation for all orders.
